Welcome to Edustra. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of our mobile app, web platform, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Service Description

Edustra is a personalized educational platform that offers:

• White-label educational platform branded for the contracting school
• Customized mobile app published on App Store and Google Play
• Educational content for ENEM preparation and personalized courses
• Mock exams, quizzes, flashcards, and interactive exercises
• Essay correction and study assistant powered by artificial intelligence
• Performance tracking dashboard for schools and students
• Class, student, and educational content management

4. Account and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. Student accounts may be created by the contracting school through invitation.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur on your account.

4.3 Eligibility

The Service is intended for schools and their students. Minors under 18 years old must have parental or legal guardian consent and authorized access from the contracting school.

5. Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans for schools with various features and durations. Pricing is agreed directly with the contracting school and may vary based on the number of students and activated features.

5.2 Renewal and Cancellation

Renewal and cancellation conditions are defined in the contract with the school. The school may cancel at any time according to the agreed terms, with no penalties or lock-in periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or purposes not authorized by these Terms
• Share your account or credentials with third parties
• Copy, distribute, or modify app content without authorization
• Attempt to access restricted system areas or interfere with functionality
• Use bots, scripts, or other unauthorized forms of automation
• Send spam, viruses, or any malicious code
• Use the AI assistant for non-educational or inappropriate purposes

7. Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence for essay correction, study assistance, and educational content generation. AI operates within limits set by the contracting school. Results generated by AI are supplementary in nature and do not replace assessment by education professionals. The school is responsible for defining the scope and limits of AI on its platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Edustra and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. Customized content created by the school through the platform remains the property of the school. Our business names and logos may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Edustra be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if there is a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG as the exclusive forum to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, expressly waiving any other, however privileged.
