Yes. In the Live Quiz students don't create accounts and don't provide personal data, only a nickname, which greatly simplifies data-protection concerns with minors. In the Exam Generator, only you provide an email.
We don't set a limit on exams generated or quiz matches. There's only a reasonable hourly cap to prevent automated abuse, which normal teacher usage never reaches.
