Security FAQ
Who has access to student data?
Only authorized school staff (administrators, coordinators, and teachers with permission). The Edustra team only accesses it in case of technical support, with school authorization.
What happens to data if we cancel?
All data is permanently deleted within 30 days after cancellation. Before that, the school can export all data.
Does Edustra sell data to third parties?
Never. We do not sell, share, or use school or student data for any commercial purpose beyond the contracted service.
How does backup work?
We perform daily automatic backups. In case of a technical issue, data can be restored quickly.
